Money ERP
Money ERP is an enterprise information system for small and medium-sized businesses. It integrates accounting and invoicing with orders, inventory, and other business functions. Money S4 offers a ready-to-use ERP solution, while Money S5 is designed for companies that need more extensive customization and automation of their own processes.
Money ERP can be directly connected to the Comgate payment gateway via the Online Payments module. Statements from the gateway can be downloaded manually or automatically, and individual payments can be matched directly to invoices based on the variable symbol. The module is also designed for the subsequent posting of payments. Through JetSoft’s POSonline, a Comgate payment terminal can also be connected to the Money ERP environment, allowing both online payments and in-store payments to be integrated with the ERP.
This integration makes sense precisely because Money ERP combines financial and operational tasks into a single system. The company does not have to manually transfer data on paid orders between the payment gateway and the accounting system and can automate the process from payment receipt through matching to posting.
If a company uses a different accounting system, it is not limited to a direct integration with Money ERP. Comgate provides daily and monthly statements in the ABO format designed for import into accounting software, or in CSV for further automated processing, and in PDF as an accounting document.
