1Presta develops and sells modules for PrestaShop and also offers management, support, programming, and customization services for this e-commerce platform. The Comgate payment gateway module is designed for PrestaShop operators who want to connect their store to the Comgate payment gateway without having to program their own integration via the API. The module is designed for PrestaShop versions 1.4 through 1.7, and 1Presta also offers a version that includes installation and setup support.
Once installed, the module does more than just redirect customers to the payment page. In the admin panel, you can configure the order status after payment, while awaiting payment, or after a failed payment attempt, and specify the currencies for which the Comgate payment gateway should be displayed. The payment gateway supports more than 100 payment methods, 9 currencies, and 26 languages, and in addition to cards, it offers options such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfers, and deferred payments. Furthermore, with the Comgate payment gateway, merchants can save up to 20% on payment service costs.
