Jakub Ouhrabka,

Chairman of the Board

Jakub has been with Comgate since 2000, when he started as Head of Information Systems Development. In 2017, he became a CEO. He graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University. He is passionate about his family, travel and sports – in particular bicycle racing, in which he actively participates.

Jan Hanzlík,

Member of the Board

Jan has been in online payments, e-commerce and fintech for more than 20 years, working in local and multinational companies. He studied economics and management at Unicorn University in Prague. He enjoys spending time with his family, sports such as mountain running and swimming and is an avid motorcyclist.

Aleš Pilgr,

Head of Finance

Aleš studied Economics and Transport Management at the University of Pardubice. Before joining Comgate, he held senior management positions in the logistics industry, specialising in finance and economic management. At Comgate, he oversees finance and accounting across the entire group. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, sports, hiking, and gardening.

Monika Fikrová,

Head of HR

Monika studied teaching languages with specialization in Czech and German. However, she never pursued a career in teaching and landed in HR instead, where she has been active for more than ten years. She has helped various companies find the best talent. Her major hobby is travelling.

Jan Kieswetter,

Head of Processes and Regulation

Jan studied economics and business management at the Czech Technical University and gained his subsequent work experience in the financial sector, where he worked in management positions. He enjoys walking his dog in the woods and spends his holidays on stages of his hiking expedition around Czechia.

Ondřej Pecháček,

Product Operations Manager

Ondřej has been working in risk and operations management in Czechia and abroad for more than ten years. He studied economics at the Faculty of Economics and Administration at the University of Pardubice and worked as a risk and operations manager in a foreign financial company. In his free time he likes to run and swim.

Tomáš Novotný,

Head of IT

Tomáš believes that successful IT is built on motivated people and well-designed processes. As Head of IT, he helps the team work smarter, drives the integration of artificial intelligence into the company’s day-to-day operations, and ensures the smooth running of development. He graduated from the Faculty of Informatics and Management at the University of Hradec Králové. Outside of work, he dedicated many years to practicing Krav Maga, a martial art that still shapes his direct and tactical approach to problem-solving today.

Martin Staněk,

Head of Sales CZ

Martin has many years of experience in sales and customer communication. He studied business economics and management at the University of Economics in Prague. In the past, he worked in the logistics and IT sector focusing on road freight transport. He is engaged in artificial fly fishing and education of fishing youth.

Jakub Dian,

Head of Sales SK

Jakub studied Chinese, but his long-term ambition has always been to build a career in sales. His time in Asia provided him with valuable experience in a multicultural environment and strengthened his ability to communicate effectively and foster relationships. He previously worked in the telecommunications sector, where he gained extensive sales and communication expertise that he now applies in his current role. In his free time, he enjoys sports and reading.

Kristýna Vávrová,

Knowledge Base Manager

Kristýna graduated from the Palacký University in Olomouc, where she worked for several years in the field of public administration, marketing and university PR. She rides her bike everywhere, enjoys listening to political podcasts and is an active dancer – she is particularly fond of bachata and salsa.
