ADMIS CZ develops the SYMCOM and OPTIK systems for companies that integrate sales with inventory, production, or specialized record-keeping. SYMCOM covers inventory movements, shipping, manufacturing, and mobile sales. OPTIK is designed for optical retailers and integrates orders for eyeglasses and contact lenses, inventory, customers, the cash register, and health insurance administration.
ADMIS SYMCOM (version 1.03 and later) and ADMIS OPTIK (version 1.02 and later) can be integrated with Comgate payment terminals. The amount is automatically transferred from the point-of-sale system to the terminal, so the cashier does not have to enter it manually. Payments are faster, and the risk of discrepancies between the amount on the receipt and the payment made is reduced.
SYMCOM works with EAN, QR, RFID, and NFC, and also supports location-based warehousing, order picking, shipping label printing, and production tracking. In addition to retail sales, OPTIK handles the production and repair of eyeglasses, gift certificates, customer complaints, and electronic claims submissions to health insurance companies.
The integration of ADMIS and Comgate is ideal for optical stores, warehouses with goods distribution, and other businesses that accept card payments in connection with sales. Automatic transfer of the payment amount reduces processing time and minimizes payment errors.
