The Comgate payment gateway can be integrated into AGNIS’s online reservations, allowing you to accept payment for a stay at the time of booking. The AGNIS POS system can also be linked to a Comgate terminal. The amount is transferred to it automatically, so staff don’t have to retype it, and there are fewer errors during payment.
The Reception module handles reservations for both individuals and groups, stay rates, deposits, and hotel bills. Restaurants can use the table map, mobile waiter app, inventory tracking, recipes, and the ability to send orders to the kitchen or bar. The system also supports the sale of vouchers and the scheduling of wellness and sports services.
