BizBox
BizBox is a web-based e-commerce platform for managing products, orders, inventory, shipping, and sales documents. In addition to a standard B2C online store, it also supports B2B sales to partners with custom pricing, payment terms, and shipping settings.
The Comgate payment gateway is available in BizBox as a pre-configured integration. The merchant sets up the information from the Comgate portal and selects the payment methods they want to offer at checkout. The payment result is returned to the order in BizBox via a notification.
This integration allows you to manage payments based on specific sales channels. Comgate can be enabled only for selected currencies and combined with specific shipping methods in individual checkout pages. BizBox also allows you to set when an unpaid order will be canceled and whether reserved items will be released after a failed payment.
The BizBox and Comgate integration is suitable for both B2C and B2B e-commerce stores that sell in multiple markets or work with inventory reservations. Merchants gain online payments linked to orders and greater control over how the system handles incomplete purchases.
