BOOKOLO
Bookolo is a booking ecosystem for hotels, guesthouses, and other lodging facilities. The Booking Engine supports direct reservations for rooms, stay packages, and additional services through the hotel’s website. The offering is expanded by a Channel Manager, Voucher Shop, wellness service reservations, online check-in, and tools for communicating with guests.
Bookolo can be integrated with the Comgate payment gateway. This allows guests to pay online when booking a stay or purchasing a voucher. This allows the accommodation provider to receive information about the payment status and proceed accordingly. For paid orders, full or partial refunds can also be processed via Comgate.
Bookolo focuses on supporting direct hotel sales. It allows you to manage rooms, rates, stay packages, and special offers; offer multiple rooms in a single reservation; and add additional services to a booking. Reservations can also be transferred to selected hotel management systems.
The integration of Bookolo and Comgate is ideal for accommodations that want to accept payments at the time of booking a stay or selling a voucher. The hotel gains its own booking platform, complete with online payments and the option to issue full or partial refunds.
