Golfer IS
GolferIS is an information system for golf clubs and resorts. It helps manage the membership base, dues, and communication with players. The Štafle reservation and check-in system handles tee time, tournament, and group reservations, price lists, the cash register, inventory, and records of services provided on the premises.
The cash register component of the Štafle system can be integrated with Comgate payment terminals. When paying for green fees, buggy rentals, other services, or merchandise, the amount is automatically transferred from the cash register to the terminal. Staff do not need to enter it manually, which speeds up payment and reduces errors between the receipt and the card transaction.
GolferIS is tailored to the specific operations of golf resorts. It works with player profiles, price lists, credits, season passes, and vouchers. Additionally, the system links reservations with player check-in and the reception desk’s cash register operations, where payments for rounds, services, and ancillary sales occur throughout the day.
