EPOS by HaSaM is a modular ticketing, point-of-sale, and access control system for sports facilities, recreational complexes, cultural venues, and other large-scale operations. From a single solution, it can manage ticket sales, cash registers, capacity reservations, visitor flow, parking, food and beverage services, and inventory.
Starting with version 10, EPOS can be integrated with the Comgate payment terminal. When a card payment is made, the amount is automatically transferred from the POS system to the terminal, so the attendant does not have to re-enter it. The payment thus becomes part of the visitor’s check-in process at the ticket window or point of sale.
HaSaM integrates software with turnstiles, self-service kiosks, card readers, locking systems, and other devices. As a result, EPOS covers the entire customer journey—from ticket purchase and entry into the facility to additional services within the venue.
The integration of EPOS and Comgate is ideal for organizations that need to accept card payments as part of a broader check-in system. EPOS manages sales and access, while the Comgate terminal processes the payment directly from the cash register.
