Info Office
Info Office Online is a cloud-based business system for finance, sales, inventory, and payroll. It includes OD Pokladna, designed for retail stores. It allows you to scan items using barcodes, create sales receipts, and accept both cash and card payments. The POS system is directly connected to the Info Office Sales Database, which manages inventory, price lists, products, and sales documents.
OD Pokladna is one of the systems supported by Comgate payment terminals. When connected, payment amount data is automatically transferred to the terminal. This means the cashier does not have to manually enter the price separately into the POS system and the terminal, which reduces errors and streamlines the checkout process.
In addition, Info Office integrates point-of-sale transactions with broader business operations. The business database manages multiple warehouses, orders, receiving documents, shipping documents, invoicing, price lists, and sales reports. The OD Mobile Terminal, in turn, allows warehouse staff to record incoming shipments, outgoing shipments, or inventory counts using a phone or tablet.
