iÚčto
iÚčto is an online accounting program for sole proprietors and businesses that runs directly in a web browser. It offers accounting, tax record-keeping, and invoicing, and also allows you to work with bank transactions and other financial documents.
A statement from the Comgate payment gateway can be imported into iÚčto in ABO format. After import, iÚčto can automatically match payments with unpaid documents if the variable symbol and amount match. The matched transactions can then be posted in bulk, and payment documents can be created for them. This eliminates the need to manually re-enter individual transactions and search for the corresponding invoice for each one separately.
This workflow aligns well with iÚčto’s focus on online accounting and invoicing. Users can issue documents, record payments, and—after importing a Comgate statement—work with already matched payments, all within a single environment. If the system does not automatically recognize a payment, the corresponding document can also be selected manually.
If a merchant uses a different accounting program, they can use Comgate statements in the ABO format designed for import into accounting software, or in CSV format for further automated processing, and in PDF format as an accounting document.
