OMEGA
OMEGA by KROS is a Slovak double-entry accounting program. It covers accounting processes, VAT, invoicing, asset tracking, and inventory management, and is designed for companies and accountants who want to manage these tasks in a single system.
Starting with version 26.00, statements from the Comgate payment gateway can be imported into OMEGA in ABO format. The system can automatically post, allocate, and match imported entries with paid documents—for example, based on the variable symbol. Custom posting rules can be set up for other transactions, such as fees. OMEGA can thus generate accounting-ready data from a Comgate statement without the need to manually re-enter each transaction.
OMEGA also integrates accounting with invoicing and inventory management and is built on the automation of accounting processes. Processing payments from Comgate can thus be linked to the invoicing and payment ledger maintained directly within the system.
If a company uses different accounting software, it can utilize the same reports directly from Comgate. Daily and monthly statements are available in ABO format for import into accounting software, in CSV format for automated processing, and in PDF format as accounting documents.
