Perfect System / Colosseum
Colosseum by Perfect System is a reservation and ticketing system for theaters, festivals, museums, historical sites, sports organizations, and other event organizers. It handles reservations and ticket sales online, at the box office, through a sales network, and on mobile devices, and includes CRM, subscription management, and access control.
Starting with version 16.02, the box office module of the Colosseum system can be integrated with the Comgate payment terminal. The payment amount is automatically transferred from the box office system to the terminal during the transaction. This means the cashier does not have to enter it a second time, which speeds up visitor check-in and reduces the risk of discrepancies between the ticket price and the amount actually charged.
Colosseum also supports the sale of gift certificates, refreshments, merchandise, and subscriptions. Event organizers can manage venue capacity, price categories, bulk orders, and electronic tickets, and use hardware for printing and verifying them.
The Colosseum and Comgate integration is ideal for cultural and recreational organizations that sell tickets at their own box office. They gain a ticketing system connected to the terminal and faster card payments without the need to manually enter amounts.
