POHODA Software
STORMWARE develops the POHODA business and accounting system and the mKasa mobile point-of-sale app. POHODA covers accounting, invoicing, inventory, and other business functions, while mKasa is used for sales both in-store and in the field. This allows companies to integrate inventory tracking, documents, and sales transactions within a single business environment.
Comgate integrates with POHODA through both payment terminals and a payment gateway. POHODA or mKasa can be connected to a terminal so that the payment amount is transferred automatically without manual entry. Transactions from both the payment gateway and terminals can also be imported into POHODA using Comgate statements and matched with invoices and other documents based on the variable symbol.
mKasa can run on a mobile device or directly on a supported Comgate terminal. POHODA then allows you to process individual transactions using imported statements or payment notifications. Comgate thus covers not only the receipt of customer payments but also their integration into accounting processes.
The integration of POHODA and Comgate is therefore ideal for companies that accept both online and terminal payments and want to enter them into their accounting system without manually re-entering individual transactions. A payment can be generated at an e-shop or a physical location and then seamlessly transferred to the same accounting system.
