UnisBook is an online booking system designed primarily for hair salons, beauty salons, and other beauty services. It allows clients to book available appointments without having to call, while the business owner manages reservations, work shifts, multiple locations, and communication with customers. It also includes a waiting list, automatic reminders, and a customizable booking form.
The Comgate payment gateway can be integrated into the UnisBook booking form to collect payment for the service at the time the reservation is made. This allows clients to confirm their appointment immediately via a professional, secure, and reliable payment solution. After payment, both the client and the salon receive a confirmation email, and the reservation is marked in the calendar as paid via the payment gateway.
For beauty salons, advance payment is particularly useful for appointments where an unused slot means lost time and revenue. UnisBook can also automatically send appointment reminders and contact clients on the waiting list when a slot becomes available, helping salons make better use of their operational capacity.
UnisBook, in partnership with Comgate, combines online booking with professional advance payment. This way, the salon receives confirmed payment directly upon the booked appointment and does not have to collect payment after the client’s visit.
