VirtueMart
VirtueMart is an open-source e-commerce extension for Joomla. It allows you to manage products, inventory, customer groups, and different pricing structures, and also supports multilingual and multi-currency sales. A single Joomla e-shop can thus serve different customer groups or multiple markets.
VirtueMart can be integrated with the Comgate payment gateway using a ready-made module. This is particularly well-suited for stores that work with different currencies or sell to customers in multiple markets, as the Comgate payment gateway supports nine currencies, 26 languages, and local payment methods for select countries.
VirtueMart allows you to customize prices based on customer groups, handle B2B and B2C customers differently, and adjust payments or shipping based on country or customer type. These features can be further expanded with plugins and other Joomla components.
Our partners will assist you with integrating the Comgate payment gateway into VirtueMart solutions:
VirtueMart with Comgate is therefore a good fit for Joomla e-shops that don’t sell exclusively to a single, homogeneous group of customers. VirtueMart handles different prices, currencies, and customer scenarios, and the Comgate payment gateway adds online payment options that are also ready for multi-currency and international sales.
