Card payments from accommodation booking platforms

Process virtual card payments conveniently in your computer’s browser. You can delegate payment processing to the front desk or the accounting department.

How it works

Accommodation booking platforms often pay for reservations using virtual cards. Comgate allows these payments to be processed in a web browser on a computer. This means that front desk staff and accountants can process payments in the environment where they normally work, without needing to have a payment terminal on hand.

The service supports virtual cards from Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and other accommodation platforms, including the Mastercard B2B Travel program.

The intuitive interface on the computer screen and a standard keyboard make it easy to work with reservation data. You’ll especially appreciate the convenience when regularly processing a large number of virtual cards.

Password-protected login secures access to the Client Portal. You can assign permissions to selected individuals, such as receptionists or accountants. This allows you to determine who will process payments and distribute tasks according to your operational needs.

When it is useful

This service is suitable for accommodations that accept reservations through booking portals and want to process payments on a computer. Its use is part of the contractual relationship with Comgate; the accommodation must have its own website or a listing on a booking portal.

Virtual cards from booking portals can also be charged at Comgate payment terminals.
