Accept cards that customers use to redeem meal allowances and employee benefits.
How it works
Comgate terminals support Pluxee, Benefit Plus, Edenred – Ticket Restaurant, Naše stravenka, and Up cards. This allows customers to pay with a regular payment card as well as a supported meal or benefit card on the same device.
To accept these cards, you need to establish a partnership with a specific provider. You’ll negotiate the terms with them and sign a contract. The activation process may vary, but you’ll typically need your terminal’s ID.
When to use it
In restaurants, grocery stores, and other establishments that comply with the rules of a specific benefits program. You’ll give customers more payment options using funds provided by their employer.
Getting started
After setting up your Comgate terminal, contact your selected card providers. You can find the terminal ID in the main menu of the payment app. Set up acceptance for individual programs based on your signed contracts and the type of your business.
