Payment expiration
Set how long a payment will remain active. Unfinished payments will not block your items or your overview.
How it works
For each payment, you set a validity period ranging from 30 minutes to 7 days, depending on the type of order. The customer must pay within this time window; otherwise, the payment will be marked as unpaid and the reserved merchandise will be released. This is useful, for example, when selling tickets to cultural events and concerts.
You can also use dynamic expiration, where the time limit automatically adjusts based on the payment method and the customer’s behavior. This way, you’ll be notified sooner about an incomplete payment and can release the items more quickly without shortening the deadline for everyone.
When it is useful
Shorter expiration dates are suitable for products with limited availability, while longer ones are suitable when the customer needs more time.
