Payments from Comgate payment solutions can be imported into the ABRA environment depending on which system and sales method the company uses. Daily statements from the Comgate payment gateway and payment terminals can be imported into ABRA Flexi in ABO format. Individual payments can then be matched to invoices based on the variable symbol and amount. With ABRA Gen, on the other hand, cash register sales can be directly linked to the Comgate payment terminal, so the cashier does not have to manually enter the amount into the terminal during a card payment.
In ABRA Flexi, there is no need to transcribe individual payments from Comgate payment solutions and then manually search for the invoices to which they belong. In ABRA Gen, the terminal integration reduces the need for manual entry of amounts during in-store sales. In both cases, this simplifies payment processing and minimizes the risk of errors during subsequent accounting.
If a company uses a different accounting system, it can easily export payment statements from Comgate in ABO format, which is supported by most common accounting programs. Statements are also available in CSV and PDF formats. Comgate thus facilitates the transfer of payments to accounting systems even outside the ABRA ecosystem.
