FUSION
FUSION by i-Technologies is a point-of-sale and information system for restaurants, cafes, cafeterias, hotels, and other establishments. It integrates table service, orders, recipes, inventory, and hotel bills into a single platform.
FUSION can be integrated with Comgate payment terminals. The amount is automatically transferred from the POS to the terminal, so staff do not need to re-enter it. Comgate offers free activation, a contract with no obligations, and—for payment volumes exceeding 100,000 CZK per month per terminal—free terminal rental as well.
A key feature of Comgate terminals is the ability to accept tips. Businesses can set their own tip percentages, track tips in a separate report, export the data, and have the tips paid out to a separate account. However, for a terminal connected to a POS system, the POS system itself must also support this feature.
FUSION also handles splitting and merging bills, mobile waiter operations, and transferring charges to a hotel room account. Integrating with Comgate terminals therefore makes sense for businesses that want to speed up the payment process and gain better control over card payments and tips.
