IS Domeček
IS Domeček by IDDM is an information system for children’s and youth centers, recreational centers, and other organizations that organize clubs, camps, or one-time events. It manages participants, registrations, payment schedules, received payments, and bank statements. The client center allows parents to register their children online and track the status of registrations and payments.
With the integrated Comgate payment gateway, clients can pay the participation fee online directly for a specific registration. They do not need to enter the account number, amount, or variable symbol. Once the payment is complete, it is automatically recorded in IS Domeček for the corresponding registration.
IS Domeček links online registrations with payment orders and records of payments actually received. This allows staff to see who has paid and which registrations still have outstanding balances. The system also supports the handling of overpayments, refund requests, and the import of electronic bank statements.
The integration of IS Domeček and Comgate is ideal for organizations that want to consolidate registration and payment for clubs, camps, and events into a single platform. Parents pay directly when submitting their registration, and the organization does not have to manually track or assign online payments.
