KASA FIK
KASA FIK is a point-of-sale system for restaurants, cafes, retail, services, and mobile sales. Depending on your business needs, you can choose between a counter-top or portable POS terminal, or a self-service kiosk. The app helps with item scanning, receipts, inventory tracking, sales, and table service.
The POS app supports a direct connection to the Comgate payment terminal. The server sends the payment request from the POS process to the terminal, rather than entering the card transaction separately. This speeds up the payment process and reduces the risk of discrepancies between the amount on the receipt and the terminal.
Sales are facilitated by barcodes and PLUs, favorite items, closing procedures, sales reports, and support for multiple warehouses. KASA FIK can be adapted for fast-food outlets, traditional restaurants, retail stores, service businesses, or field sales, and can be supplemented with suitable POS hardware.
KASA FIK with Comgate is practical for businesses where many card payments are processed during a shift. The cashier initiates the payment from the location where the sale is being finalized, the customer waits less time, and the business owner minimizes errors caused by having to enter the amount twice.
