SOFTapp develops information and business management systems designed for car dealers and auto repair shops. DMS Klient integrates vehicle sales, service orders, spare parts inventory, invoicing, accounting, and other administrative tasks. The system is available to authorized dealers of various brands as well as independent repair shops.
DMS Klient can be integrated with the Comgate payment terminal. When processing a card payment, an employee simply enters the amount into the system, which then sends it to the terminal. Once the payment is complete, the transaction code is automatically returned to DMS. This integration can be used for both sales receipts and invoices paid by card.
SOFTapp offers DMS operation on its own server as well as in the cloud, and supplements it with mobile service order intake, capacity planning, electronic document signing, and mobile inventory management. This allows dealers to consolidate service, sales, and financial operations into a single environment.
The integration of DMS Klient and Comgate is ideal for car dealerships and service centers that accept card payments for repairs, parts, or vehicles. The amount does not need to be entered manually, and the transaction ID is sent back to the system, which simplifies payment verification.
