Trevlix
Trevlix is an online reservation system for hotels, bed-and-breakfasts, apartments, and other lodging facilities. It manages reservations and availability and, through the Channel Manager, can synchronize them with portals such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Airbnb. The system also includes online check-in, document management, and a booking form for your own website.
Trevlix comes with a built-in module for the Comgate payment gateway. The operator can set a deposit percentage ranging from a portion of the total stay cost up to the full amount, and the guest pays it online upon booking. Payment in advance helps minimize the risk that an attractive booking will remain unpaid if the guest fails to show up.
The deposit amount can be customized based on the room type or specific dates. Guests also receive a payment link via email, and in the event of a reservation cancellation, the payment can be refunded through the payment gateway.
Trevlix with Comgate is suitable for accommodation providers who want to confirm a reservation with a financial commitment from the guest. Instead of waiting for payment upon arrival, they can receive a deposit as early as the time of the online reservation.
