Z-WARE
Z-WARE develops systems for meal service, attendance tracking, and access control. For food service operations, it primarily offers BonAp and the iCanteen online ordering system. These solutions are used by school cafeterias, corporate dining facilities, and other establishments that need to track diners, orders, payments, serving stations, and various pricing or meal categories.
iCanteen is one of the point-of-sale systems supported by Comgate payment terminals. When the point-of-sale system is connected to the terminal, the amount due is transferred automatically, so the cashier does not have to re-enter it on the terminal. This is particularly useful in cafeterias and serving stations where a large number of diners are served in a short period of time.
BonAp manages payment records and diner accounts, order calendars for multiple serving locations, various categories of diners, and the import of bank payments. Orders can be created directly in the system, via iCanteen, or through ordering terminals. The system also supports specific dietary requirements, including special diets.
Z-WARE is therefore particularly well-suited for organizations that need to combine meal ordering and record-keeping with fast on-site service. Comgate adds convenient card payments to this operation, eliminating the need for manual entry of amounts.
